“Happiness does not come from external sources; it arises from within when the body and soul are in balance.”
– Buddha
My name is Adrienn Regőczy, and I have been a passionate lover of yoga for many years.
People interpret yoga in various ways, but for me, it primarily symbolises unity – the harmony of body and soul. It is like a bridge that connects two shores – body and soul – through conscious, deep breathing.
The result of this unity is the silence of the mind. To quote Lao Tzu: “Peace begins where the body and soul are in harmony.”
It’s the silence that captivates me most about yoga, and it’s what motivates me each day to step onto my mat. Learning to master the constant background noise in our minds is something yoga excellently equips us to do. This experience is the foundation of my practice and the classes I hold, which I warmly invite you to join.
My classes are held in person at the Serenity Nest Studio during the scheduled times. I believe that anyone can experience the wonderful benefits of yoga.
Your gender, age, fitness level, flexibility, or body type doesn’t matter – yoga is for everyone!
Yoga is accepting and permissive: it teaches you to progress at your own pace and to turn towards yourself with kindness.
My classes are 90 minutes long, priced at 3,000 HUF per session.
On Instagram, you can find me under the name adrizen_the_yogini, where I share yoga-related content – thoughts, asanas, and inspiration.
Namaste 💕
Regular yoga practice has brought incredible changes into my life, for which I am deeply grateful. I wish for everyone to experience the positive effects of yoga, which is why I decided to become a yoga instructor—to share what I have received and experienced.
Besides yoga, I am passionate about hiking. On a perfect day, I find myself in nature, climbing mountains, practising yoga, dancing, and meditating.
During meditation, we focus our awareness on the present moment, aiming to quiet the mind and let go of our thoughts.
In Flow Yoga, asanas follow each other continuously, creating a dynamic movement. This ongoing flow helps to quiet the mind and achieve a meditative state.

Hello,
I am Vanda. HR manager, coach, yoga instructor.
In the spring of 2024, I had the good fortune to travel to Bali. Already there, I was thinking about how to bring some of that light and easy feeling back here too, in a way that it would not remain just a memory (and a few Insta photos, of course 🙊). This is how yoga became not just a form of movement for me as it had been before, but a kind of anchor in everyday life. I do not see it as a spiritual journey, rather as a practice that helps me to pause, to see more clearly, to accept myself and others, while also feeling good for my body.
I would like to share this experience with you, if you would just like to feel a little better in your own skin and dedicate more attention to your body and yourself.
I often hear from acquaintances that “yoga is not for me because I am not flexible.” Yoga is for everyone, regardless of age, gender, body type, or fitness level. Through yoga, your body will increasingly support you in movement.
At Serenity Nest, we can practise together during the Yoga and Flexibility class, where you can expect a moderately paced, classic hatha yoga session, with special attention given to openings and stretches.
In my “civilian” life, I work as an HR manager, with business and team coach qualifications, so you can also confidently turn to me if you are facing a blockage in your career or another area of your life. We can arrange individual coaching sessions through one of the contact details below.
Looking forward to seeing you!

My name is Rebeka Ban, I am a hatha yoga instructor. At the beginning of my career, I was on a different path, working in the field of finance and accounting, which involved a lot of sitting work. My body quickly signalled that I was not on the right path for me, as by the age of 23 I was diagnosed with a mild spinal problem. What really hit me hard was when the doctor predicted a herniated disc if I did not start doing something about it. I decided that I did not want to wait for that to happen, so I made a complete change and suddenly found myself on the path of yoga.
A great journey of self-discovery began, although I did not yet know that my life would be turned upside down. I set off for Tenerife for a short holiday, but of course nothing went according to plan, as the one week holiday turned into half a year of completely nomadic living. I got to know a small community and was very taken by how everything was slower, more peaceful, more sincere and radically different from anything I could ever have imagined. Things were reassessed within me, I learnt to see the world with different eyes and to notice the small miracles of life, because these miracles are everywhere. I learnt to live with nature, living in a cave that we dug ourselves or under the open sky when we set off on long hikes through the forests of Anaga, Masca or the Teide plateau. On this path of self-discovery, I realised that yoga means much more to me than a hobby and that I would like to pursue it, which is how I became a hatha yoga instructor.
I am currently continuing my training, studying to become a reformer pilates and aerial yoga instructor. It is important to me that after my classes, both office workers and those working in other fields leave feeling recharged and with less back pain, or that through our joint work we can even prevent problems from developing.
Music has played an important role in my life since I was a child. It recharges me, relaxes me and has a meditative effect on me. I thought it was important to combine these two areas in my classes. That is how I started teaching yoga with live music. In my opinion, the relaxing sound of the instrument helps even more to experience the feeling of calm flow.

My name is Csilla Bábás, and I am a yoga instructor.
Sports have been a part of my life since childhood. As a student in a PE-specialised class, I experienced the positive effects of physical activity from a very young age. After years of handball, kettlebell training, and other strength-based workouts, I discovered yoga. Initially, like many others, I approached it as just a way to stretch.
However, as I delved deeper into the world of yoga and explored different class types, I realised that this was my path. I began to experience how yoga could positively impact all aspects of my life—even in situations like conquering a via ferrata route or standing on the range as a European Champion sport shooter, focusing inward and using correct breathing to hit every target flawlessly.
As a yoga instructor, my main goal is to introduce as many people as possible to the benefits of yoga and to help even those who feel stiff discover poses that provide them with success, challenges, introspection, and moments of stillness.
I strive to tailor my classes to the group, whether it’s a dynamic, strengthening, or relaxing session.

I am Angéla Simon, and I started practising yoga a little over 10 years ago. Before that, I tried almost every possible form of exercise, but there was always something missing—something I finally found in yoga. Yoga is “dangerous” because it not only transforms your body but also your daily life: more awareness, courage, and the realisation that our limits exist only in our minds.
“Practice, and all is coming.” (Sri K. Pattabhi Jois)
My class: Spine Yoga, 75 minutes, Monday 17:30-18:45, price: 3,000 HUF/session
This class is for those who are not complete beginners in yoga or engage in other sports. It is ideal for those seeking a dynamic, strengthening practice and enjoy pushing their boundaries and stepping out of their comfort zone. Despite its dynamic nature, the class includes time for grounding, relaxation at the end, and sometimes even breathing exercises. Every session is tailored to the participants’ needs and their physical and emotional states.
Qualifications:
Dear Reader,
I am Hollósi Ildi, a practising mother, children’s yoga instructor, and Access Bars practitioner. I love being around children and practising yoga, which inspired me to become a children’s yoga instructor. My aim is to share the knowledge and love of this movement with future generations.
I hold children’s story yoga classes for 5–10-year-olds, where we practise yoga poses in a playful way with laughter, stories, and breathing exercises.
During the 60-minute sessions, we perform asanas through storytelling, take on the roles of animals, and bring nature to life. Alongside these, we explore emotions, play, strengthen, stretch, and relax.
Yoga mats are provided, and the first trial session is free!
During the Thursday 16:30 children’s story yoga classes, there is also a women’s strengthening yoga class for adults at Serenity Nest! This way, both parents and children can enjoy yoga at the same time, albeit separately.
Why yoga for children?
Just like adults, children face daily stressors. Moving to a new home, starting at a new school, or the arrival of a sibling can all be stressful challenges. Children, too, need a way to release stress and tension – and yoga offers a great method for this.
Through breathing techniques and exciting yoga poses, children experience physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. Yoga teaches calmness, body awareness, self-control, and discipline.
While practising yoga, children build confidence, improve focus, and strengthen their growing bodies. For those with behavioural challenges, yoga can encourage positive changes and foster mindfulness.

Access Bars
Access Bars is a gentle method involving 32 energy points on the head. By lightly touching these points, thoughts and beliefs associated with specific areas of life are released, promoting physical and mental harmony.
The treatment increases awareness, clears limiting beliefs and patterns, and can even assist in letting go of dependencies. From work, food, and the internet to relationships, reassessing these dependencies can improve life quality and reduce stress. Scientific studies have shown that brainwave activity slows during Access Bars treatments.
Access Bars sessions help release destructive behavioural patterns and negative thoughts.
What is Access Bars?
Access Bars is an alternative therapy developed by Gary Douglas and Dr. Dain Heer as part of the Access Consciousness system. The method involves stimulating 32 points on the head, each representing different areas of life, such as money, relationships, creativity, health, and more.
The goal is to clear the blocks and limiting thoughts that prevent people from living more easily and consciously. The practitioner gently touches these points while the client lies calmly. Many find the treatment stress-relieving and report improved focus and a sense of calm afterward.
Benefits of Access Bars:
I am Viki Ujvári, mother of two adult children, wife, and entrepreneur.
We can connect through Hatha yoga practice and relaxing face-neck-décolleté massage.
I discovered yoga 20 years ago, and for the past three years, it has become a continuous part of my life. It has brought patience, body awareness, joy, and ease into my life, along with a journey of self-discovery in many areas.
You can start yoga at any time, regardless of gender, age, occupation, or religion.
YOGA LIVES WITHIN EVERYONE; it just needs to be awakened.
With each practice, you fine-tune yourself, your thoughts become quieter, and you perceive the world around you differently.
The effects of asanas (postures, poses) make your body more flexible, your muscles relax, your blood circulation improves, and you feel “lighter,” as tension leaves your body.
The first 15-20 minutes are dedicated to tuning in and thoroughly warming up. Then, we transition into flowing, dynamic movements. This is followed by an essential stretching session, and we conclude with a well-deserved relaxation, similar to the state after a restful sleep.
I encourage you to COME AND PRACTISE WITH ME.
An hour dedicated entirely to you.
If you’re attending my yoga class for the first time, please arrive 10-15 minutes earlier so we can have a short personal chat.
I learned refreshing-relaxing facial massage two years ago, and I warmly offer it to my guests in my home massage nook. Last year, I completed the basic beauty therapist training at the Adrienne Feller Beauty Therapist Academy, and I am currently training as a cosmetologist.
Massage, and through it, the power of touch, is immense and profound. It has physical, emotional, and psychological effects. A hug, a handshake, or a gentle touch can reduce stress, boost oxytocin (the bonding hormone), and provide a sense of security.
Our skin is full of nerve endings that send soothing signals to the brain when touched. Touch helps build bonds, whether in romantic relationships, parent-child connections, or friendships.
Research suggests that gentle touch and massage can reduce pain and accelerate healing.
During the massage, I work on the face, neck, décolleté, shoulders, arms, and head, offering a complete recharge for your soul.
I invite you to come and experience this beautifying and replenishing self-care time, enhanced with relaxing music, candlelight, and the soothing scents of creams.
45 minutes dedicated entirely to you.
I use Adrienne Feller and Ilcsi cosmetics, which enhance and nourish your skin with guaranteed natural active ingredients.
I warmly welcome you to yoga sessions and refreshing, relaxing, anti-aging massages.

Dear Reader,
I am Kamarás Edina, an Integrated Craniosacral Therapist and yoga instructor. At Serenity Nest, you can meet me in Yin Yoga classes, where you’ll experience the Yin Yoga with Cranio Touch – Power of Touch method.
Yin Yoga & Yin Yoga with Cranio Touch – Power of Touch
Yin Yoga is a calm and meditative form of yoga, allowing practitioners to experience a deep state of physical and mental relaxation. Rooted in Chinese medicine, Yin Yoga is based on the Five Elements, the body’s meridian pathways, and the functioning of internal organs, offering a quiet, slow, and grounding approach. The asanas are low to the ground and typically held for 3–5 minutes.
Yin Yoga is ideal for those seeking increased flexibility, beginners, or anyone needing rest and new energy.
These sessions focus on releasing tension and blockages in the body and mind. The body releases stress to allow Qi (energy) to flow freely and harmoniously through the meridians. On a physical level, Yin Yoga influences the body’s connective tissues, fascia system, ligaments, tendons, and bones. It provides an opportunity to stretch, strengthen, and release blockages in deep muscles, connective tissues, and joints.
During practice, we use soothing, deep breathing to nourish muscles with oxygen, reducing the production of stress hormones in the body. This contributes to achieving a state of complete calm over time. When the body’s blockages open (often accompanied by deep sighs), energy increases noticeably, leading to a new dimension of rest. The asanas help the body let go, dispersing tension and restlessness familiar to many in today’s fast-paced world. Soft pillows and blankets ensure full comfort, enabling participants to focus on their inner experience and release all tension.
Yin Yoga with Cranio Touch – Power of Touch
The Power of Touch method is a unique blend of Craniosacral Therapy and Yin Yoga. This therapeutic yoga practice originates from Norway, where I lived and studied for several years.
This experience combines the power of Yin Yoga with the gentle secrets of healing touch. During this special Yin session, we dive deep into ourselves, stepping away from the stress and demands of daily life. The body is given the chance to fully relax, attuning itself for healing and regeneration.
The soul can rest while an experienced Craniosacral Therapist helps the body reconnect with its inner essence and rediscover the grounding and supportive strength of the Earth. In this nurturing space, you’ll immerse yourself in the asanas as the outside world fades away. With closed eyes, your inner world unfolds.
Yin Yoga with Cranio Touch – Power of Touch is like a unique dessert. Gentle therapeutic touches make it special, enabling the body and soul to reunite in harmony.
I look forward to welcoming you,
Kamarás Edina

I work full-time as a helping professional, and I have always believed that physical and mental well-being go hand in hand. This belief led me to expand my knowledge and immerse myself in the world of massage – today, I am certain it was the best decision I could have made.
It is important to me that my clients experience both physical and mental rejuvenation during our sessions, as we work together to restore balance within themselves. I truly believe that everyone deserves ME TIME – those precious moments to step away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
