As a mother and a children’s yoga teacher, it is important to me to share the joy of movement and play with kids. In my storytelling yoga classes for 5–10 year-olds, we practise asanas and breathing through playful tales. Yoga helps children release tension, boosts their confidence, develops concentration, and supports healthy growth.
I also offer Access Bars sessions, where gentle touch on 32 points of the head helps to release stress and limiting thoughts.
You are warmly welcome to join my children’s yoga classes at Serenity Nest, or to book an individual Access Bars session.
Dear Reader,
I am Hollósi Ildi, a practising mother, children’s yoga instructor, and Access Bars practitioner. I love being around children and practising yoga, which inspired me to become a children’s yoga instructor. My aim is to share the knowledge and love of this movement with future generations.
I hold children’s story yoga classes for 5–10-year-olds, where we practise yoga poses in a playful way with laughter, stories, and breathing exercises.
During the 60-minute sessions, we perform asanas through storytelling, take on the roles of animals, and bring nature to life. Alongside these, we explore emotions, play, strengthen, stretch, and relax.
Yoga mats are provided, and the first trial session is free!
During the Thursday 16:30 children’s story yoga classes, there is also a women’s strengthening yoga class for adults at Serenity Nest! This way, both parents and children can enjoy yoga at the same time, albeit separately.
Why yoga for children?
Just like adults, children face daily stressors. Moving to a new home, starting at a new school, or the arrival of a sibling can all be stressful challenges. Children, too, need a way to release stress and tension – and yoga offers a great method for this.
Through breathing techniques and exciting yoga poses, children experience physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. Yoga teaches calmness, body awareness, self-control, and discipline.
While practising yoga, children build confidence, improve focus, and strengthen their growing bodies. For those with behavioural challenges, yoga can encourage positive changes and foster mindfulness.

Access Bars
Access Bars is a gentle method involving 32 energy points on the head. By lightly touching these points, thoughts and beliefs associated with specific areas of life are released, promoting physical and mental harmony.
The treatment increases awareness, clears limiting beliefs and patterns, and can even assist in letting go of dependencies. From work, food, and the internet to relationships, reassessing these dependencies can improve life quality and reduce stress. Scientific studies have shown that brainwave activity slows during Access Bars treatments.
Access Bars sessions help release destructive behavioural patterns and negative thoughts.
What is Access Bars?
Access Bars is an alternative therapy developed by Gary Douglas and Dr. Dain Heer as part of the Access Consciousness system. The method involves stimulating 32 points on the head, each representing different areas of life, such as money, relationships, creativity, health, and more.
The goal is to clear the blocks and limiting thoughts that prevent people from living more easily and consciously. The practitioner gently touches these points while the client lies calmly. Many find the treatment stress-relieving and report improved focus and a sense of calm afterward.
