For years I have been a devotee of yoga, and in every practice I seek that sense of unity which connects body and soul. For me, yoga means experiencing inner peace and stillness, where conscious breathing helps to quiet the mind. This experience motivates me every single day, and it is the foundation on which I build my classes.

At the practices held at Serenity Nest Studio, everyone is warmly welcome, regardless of age or level of fitness. I believe yoga is a path accessible to all: it helps you move forward at your own pace, turn towards yourself with acceptance, and experience harmony.

My name is Adrienn Regőczy, and I have been a passionate lover of yoga for many years.

People interpret yoga in various ways, but for me, it primarily symbolises unity – the harmony of body and soul. It is like a bridge that connects two shores – body and soul – through conscious, deep breathing.

The result of this unity is the silence of the mind. To quote Lao Tzu: “Peace begins where the body and soul are in harmony.”

It’s the silence that captivates me most about yoga, and it’s what motivates me each day to step onto my mat. Learning to master the constant background noise in our minds is something yoga excellently equips us to do. This experience is the foundation of my practice and the classes I hold, which I warmly invite you to join.

My classes are held in person at the Serenity Nest Studio during the scheduled times. I believe that anyone can experience the wonderful benefits of yoga.

Your gender, age, fitness level, flexibility, or body type doesn’t matter – yoga is for everyone!
Yoga is accepting and permissive: it teaches you to progress at your own pace and to turn towards yourself with kindness.

My classes are 90 minutes long.

On Instagram, you can find me under the name adrizen_the_yogini, where I share yoga-related content – thoughts, asanas, and inspiration.

For me, yoga is about conscious breathing, flow, and finding inner stillness. Over the years it has brought many positive changes into my life, which is why, as an instructor, I would like to pass this experience on to others as well.

In my Power Yoga classes, the focus is on strengthening the core muscles through various asanas. It improves coordination, builds strength, and is also an excellent choice for calorie burning. I recommend this class type from an intermediate level.

Come and experience the wonderful effects of yoga! 🙂

Huber Vanda

My name is Vanda Huber, and I am a yoga and mobility instructor. I experience yoga as a form of conscious movement and a path of self-discovery that helps us reconnect with our bodies. My classes focus on body awareness, self-awareness, and the development of range of motion. As an instructor, I aim to create space for those who begin moving as adults or return to movement later in life—so they can explore the joy of movement in a safe environment, with curiosity and self-acceptance.

Yogility – Staying in Motion

Yogility is a class format that combines the mindfulness of yoga with mobility training to help you move more freely and prevent injuries. Each class begins with breathwork, continues with mobility exercises and stability-building movements, and concludes with a relaxing self-reflection. Reserve your mat and experience that movement is not about age—it’s about consistent practice.

Reserve your mat and experience that movement is not about age—it’s simply a matter of consistent practice.

Why choose Yogility?

– So your body doesn’t limit you, but supports you — improving mobility helps you move more freely and feel more confident in everyday life.

– So you can improve your movement as an adult — you don’t need to have been an athlete your whole life to be strong and flexible.

– So your body awareness can grow — you’ll learn how your body works and how to use it consciously.

– So you can slow down and focus — breathwork and self-reflection help you unwind, recharge, and regain energy.

What to bring?
Comfortable clothing, water, and an openness to experimentation.

If you’d like to better understand and use your body, Yogility is for you.

Virág Regényi

My name is Virág Regényi. I am a yin yoga and yoga nidra teacher, sound bowl and sound bath therapist, yoga psychologist, and Vedic mentor.

Although yoga had been present in my life on and off from a young age, it never truly became a constant. However, the challenges of the past two years brought an unexpected shift—through the support of Ayurveda, yin yoga, and yoga nidra, I was able to move through difficult periods. These practices not only improved my life but also deepened my connection to yoga.

This is how Vikasita Yoga was born, a name that means: flower, blossoming, unfolding, and growth.

This name reflects not only me and my own name, but also the path yoga has guided me along. It helped me rediscover a positive outlook, renew myself, blossom again, and go through a kind of personal growth I had never expected before.

My thematic yin classes, held on Monday late afternoons, offer a calm, inward-focused space. The long-held poses help release tension accumulated in the body and nervous system, while increasing flexibility and supporting inner balance. I complement the sessions with sound bowl sound baths, deep relaxation, and yoga nidra, so you can experience complete physical and mental release.

If you’d like to step out of the rush of everyday life, reduce stress, and recharge in a supportive and nurturing environment for the rest of your week, you are warmly welcome to join my classes.

The sport has been part of my life for many years, whether it is running, cycling, kayaking, hiking or anything that can be done out in nature.
Alongside this active lifestyle, I began practising yoga, which very quickly drew me in. With regular practice my body became more flexible and responsive, and I realised that by directing my attention I could progress more effectively in every area of life. This is the experience I would like to share with others.
In my beginner Hatha Yoga classes you will have the opportunity to move your body, release everyday stress, practise conscious breathing and take the first steps towards calming the mind. I believe yoga benefits everyone and you do not need to be flexible, sporty or anything in particular to begin.
I warmly welcome you on Friday afternoons, even as a complete beginner, regardless of age.

Sport has been a part of my life since childhood. As a student in a physical education–focused program, I experienced the beneficial effects of sports from a very young age. After handball, kettlebell, and other strength-training workouts, I discovered yoga—which, like many others at first, I initially considered to be just stretching.

However, as I became more deeply familiar with the world of yoga and its various class types, I felt that this was my path. I began to experience how yoga can influence every area of my life—whether I am challenging myself on a via ferrata route or standing on the range as a European champion sport shooter, where inward focus and proper breathing are essential to hit the targets flawlessly.

As a yoga instructor, my main goal is to introduce as many people as possible to the beneficial effects of yoga and to help even those who consider themselves inflexible find poses that provide them with a sense of success, challenge, inner awareness, and calm.

I always strive to tailor my classes to the needs and energy of the group.

Mirko’s Garden

As a Hatha yoga instructor, it is important to me to share the joy of movement, presence, and connection.

Mirko’s Garden was created to help you find your way to your own inner garden through yoga, teas, conversations, and mindful attention to one another – a place where you can connect with yourself and with others.

Even if you have never practiced yoga before, you are warmly welcome. Here, it’s not about how skilled you are, but about feeling how much lighter the journey becomes when you see how much love and gratitude surround you.

Each class has a different focus: you may experience sound bowl relaxation, candlelight practice, or a special meditation.

10% of the proceeds from each class go into the “Goodness Bag,” which we periodically use to support a good cause.

Come, let’s set out together toward Ourselves and Each Other.

With love,

I am a Hatha yoga instructor, beautician, and health mentor.

I discovered yoga twenty years ago, and since 2022 it has become a continuous and inspiring part of my life.

I truly believe and experience that YOGA LIVES WITHIN EVERYONE — it simply needs to be awakened.

During each practice, you become more finely attuned, your thoughts quiet down, and you begin to perceive yourself, your surroundings, and the world around you differently.

As the asanas take effect, your body becomes more flexible, your muscles relax, your circulation improves, and you feel lighter — as if the tension has finally released your body.

In the first 15–20 minutes of the session, we tune in and warm up the body, then deepen the practice with more dynamic, flowing movements. This is followed by gentle stretching, and the class ends with a well-deserved, deep relaxation — a state similar to waking peacefully after a restful sleep.

Join me and experience how light and liberating this form of movement can be.

An hour devoted entirely to you.

If this is your first time attending, please arrive 10–15 minutes earlier so we can exchange a few words in person.

Meditation has been my inner home for many years. It is a path that has taught me to be present, to observe, and to connect — both with myself and with others. I began my studies in India, and I am currently continuing to deepen everything the wisdom of yoga can offer in the Yoga Master program at the Bhaktivedanta College of Theology.

During my guided meditation sessions, I lead you through a gentle, personally attuned process. At the heart of my experiential method lies self-love and self-acceptance: I support you in moving step by step, softly, toward inner peace. The space I hold is safe, non-judgmental, and fully attentive to who you are in that moment.

In addition to group sessions, I offer private mentoring and individual Kundalini and Hatha yoga classes, where I guide you in a personalized way. I also provide Reiki treatments, which gently support energetic cleansing. I share the liberating power of movement from the heart as well, offering dance-meditation workshops where the flow of the body meets the joy of inner freedom.

Bognár Anita

Hi, I’m Anita!

Yoga has been an integral part of my everyday life for many years. Today, I no longer see it merely as a form of physical exercise, but as a tool that helps me slow down, be mindfully present, and connect with myself. As an instructor, my aim is to share this experience through safe yet engaging practice.

My Relax yoga class is a 90-minute, evening-style session. At the beginning of the class, we work with more active, mindful movement, placing special emphasis on counterbalancing sedentary work and on prevention. In the second half, we gradually slow down, using stretches and guided relaxation to support calming the nervous system, managing everyday stress, and preparing for restful sleep.

Beginners are warmly welcome!

Hi, I’m Anita!

Yoga has been part of my everyday life for many years. In the beginning, during my first group classes, I found it difficult to turn my attention inward, coordinate my breath, quiet my thoughts, and at the same time hold each asana. I remember that for a long time, I was mostly looking forward to the relaxation at the end of the class. Then, at some point, something shifted within me.

Today, I no longer see yoga as a form of exercise, but as a tool that helps me slow down, be consciously present, and connect with myself. Once you truly get a taste of it, I think you don’t want to stop — at least that’s what happened to me.

At one point, I felt that I wanted to learn and experience even more, and that I wanted to share with others what made me fall so deeply in love with yoga. That is why I became an instructor.

My Hatha Yoga with Relaxation class is a 90-minute evening practice that supports physical and mental arrival at the end of the day. In the first half of the class, we work with more active, yet consistently mindful movement, placing strong emphasis on compensating for the strains caused by sedentary work and on prevention. In the second half of the practice, slower movements, stretches, and inward focus come to the forefront, preparing the body and nervous system for guided relaxation.

The aim of the class is to calm the nervous system, support conscious management of everyday stress, and promote restful sleep. Throughout the practice, attention, acceptance, and safe yet experiential movement play an important role.

Beginners are warmly welcome!

Viola Lilla Ballai

I am Lilla, a Hatha yoga instructor and mental health professional. Yoga has been a part of my life for years, for me it means connecting with myself and silence. During my classes, I strive to create a calm, safe atmosphere, in which everyone has the opportunity to relax their nervous system, quiet their loud thoughts, and freely experience their feelings.

I hold my end-of-week relaxation classes at a slow, calm pace, helping to prepare the body and mind for the challenges of the next week. The classes often include various breathing exercises and longer relaxation at the end of the class.

If you feel that you are facing blockages or emotional difficulties, you can also sign up for a 60-minute mental health support conversation with me via email.

I look forward to seeing you!

Kubis Viki

For me, yoga is a way of connecting with myself. After each practice, I feel the world a little more beautiful and lighter.

In my classes, I would like to support you in getting closer to yourself: hearing your own inner voice, paying more conscious attention to your body’s signals, and better understanding the processes taking place within you

Morning hatha yoga

We start the class with soft mobilization exercises that prepare the body for movement. This is followed by a more dynamic series of asanas that strengthen and activate the muscles, while we also pay attention to the coordination of breathing and movement. During the practice, both strength and softness are present.

The class is easy to follow for beginners, but it can also provide a rewarding experience for more experienced practitioners.

I look forward to seeing you in my classes.

Gabriella Németh

A senior balance yoga class focused on the pelvis and spine, supported with props, where you can safely improve your balance, stabilize your postural muscles, and slow down at the same time. Recommended for all age groups.

In this class, the focus is on supporting spinal health, improving balance, and refining body awareness—all through safe yet effective practice.

The use of props (blocks, straps, Dynair cushions, Pilates balls, and the wall) helps you perform the exercises more precisely, with greater stability, and in a way that suits your individual body. This makes the class ideal for beginners and those returning to practice, while also offering new experiences for more advanced participants.

Balance-focused elements not only build physical strength but also have a calming effect on the nervous system, enhancing focus and fostering a sense of inner stability.

Special attention is given to mobilizing and decompressing the spine, making the class particularly beneficial for those with sedentary jobs, back or lower back issues, and anyone looking to connect more consciously with their body.

The session ends with a guided relaxation to support deep rest and regeneration.

The class is open to all age groups—if you’d like to build strength, improve stability, and slow down in a safe and supportive environment, you are warmly welcome.
