Alongside my musical career and teaching work, I have always sought paths that support the creation of harmony. After the birth of my two children, I turned to coaching, and today, as a certified Life and Business Coach, I accompany those who long for self-awareness, inner balance, and meaningful change. I continuously train myself — among others, I have completed courses in Femininity and Masculinity Coaching and Mentoring, as well as Women’s Circle Facilitation. I founded the Inner Harmony Women’s Circle to help women find balance in their various roles and to create a safe space where we can connect, share our joys and challenges, and grow in self-awareness and relationship skills.
In my workshops, we explore topics such as self-love, stress management, inner child healing, self-confidence, and self-esteem. In individual coaching sessions, I help you uncover your true challenges and goals in various areas such as relationships, career change, confidence, boundary setting, work–life balance, perfectionism, time management, and more.
My aim is to support you — through my questions and tools — in discovering your own answers and taking the next step toward your goals.
You are warmly welcome if you feel ready to turn toward yourself — whether in the Women’s Circle, a group workshop, or an individual coaching session.

My name is Krisztina Weidemann-Tóth. I originally graduated as an economist and language teacher, but I soon realized how essential harmony is in every aspect of my life. Following my heart, I also earned a degree in music. In addition to teaching flute and singing, I founded and led an alternative music school. I also perform solo or with my chamber ensemble for expectant mothers and their babies, children, and adults; I organize and give oratorio concerts with choirs; I occasionally work as the artistic director of large stage productions; and I sing both in choirs and as a soloist.
After the birth of my two sons, I began to look for further paths that could support my self-development, self-awareness, and the preservation of harmony within myself, my family, and my environment. This led me to become a certified Life and Business Coach. I continuously expand my knowledge — among others, I completed training in Femininity and Masculinity Coaching and Mentoring, as well as a Women’s Circle Facilitator course. This is how the Inner Harmony Women’s Circle was born.

How does the Inner Harmony Women’s Circle work?
We meet once a month in person at Serenity Nest, in a small group of about 5–15 participants. You dedicate three hours a month to yourself. This is not a casual meetup but a structured program supporting continuous growth.
