For years I have been a devotee of yoga, and in every practice I seek that sense of unity which connects body and soul. For me, yoga means experiencing inner peace and stillness, where conscious breathing helps to quiet the mind. This experience motivates me every single day, and it is the foundation on which I build my classes.

At the practices held at Serenity Nest Studio, everyone is warmly welcome, regardless of age or level of fitness. I believe yoga is a path accessible to all: it helps you move forward at your own pace, turn towards yourself with acceptance, and experience harmony.

My name is Adrienn Regőczy, and I have been a passionate lover of yoga for many years.

People interpret yoga in various ways, but for me, it primarily symbolises unity – the harmony of body and soul. It is like a bridge that connects two shores – body and soul – through conscious, deep breathing.

The result of this unity is the silence of the mind. To quote Lao Tzu: “Peace begins where the body and soul are in harmony.”

It’s the silence that captivates me most about yoga, and it’s what motivates me each day to step onto my mat. Learning to master the constant background noise in our minds is something yoga excellently equips us to do. This experience is the foundation of my practice and the classes I hold, which I warmly invite you to join.

My classes are held in person at the Serenity Nest Studio during the scheduled times. I believe that anyone can experience the wonderful benefits of yoga.

Your gender, age, fitness level, flexibility, or body type doesn’t matter – yoga is for everyone!
Yoga is accepting and permissive: it teaches you to progress at your own pace and to turn towards yourself with kindness.

My classes are 90 minutes long, priced at 3,000 HUF per session.

On Instagram, you can find me under the name adrizen_the_yogini, where I share yoga-related content – thoughts, asanas, and inspiration.

For me, yoga is about conscious breathing, flow, and finding inner stillness. Over the years it has brought countless positive changes into my life, which is why, as a teacher, I wish to share this experience with others as well.

In my classes, the continuous movements of Vinyasa Flow guide you into a meditative state, Yogilates combines the strengthening effects of yoga and pilates, while Morning Yoga provides energy for everyday life.

Beginners and advanced practitioners are warmly welcome!

Regular yoga practice has brought amazing changes into my life for which I am truly grateful. I wish for everyone to experience the positive effects of yoga which is why I decided to become a teacher and share what I have received and experienced.

Besides yoga I am a great lover of hiking. A perfect day for me includes being in nature climbing a mountain doing yoga dancing and meditating.

During meditation we focus our awareness on the present moment trying to quiet the mind and let go of our thoughts.

In flow yoga the asanas follow one another in a continuous sequence. This constant movement and flow help calm the mind and bring about a meditative state.

In Yogilates classes the flowing movements of yoga meet the strengthening exercises of pilates.
It is an excellent body shaping practice that simultaneously strengthens and stretches the muscles while placing great emphasis on conscious breathing and end of class relaxation.

My Classes:

  • Morning Yoga:
    Tuesdays: 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM
  • Yogilates yoga x pilates:
    Saturdays: 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM
  • Vinyasa Flow Yoga:
    Mondays: 7:30 PM – 8:30 PM

A slower-paced evening class suitable for beginners and advanced practitioners, focusing on mindful breathing and deepening body awareness.

Come and experience the wonderful benefits of yoga!

It was in Bali that I truly experienced how yoga is not only movement but also an anchor in everyday life. It helps you pause, see more clearly, accept yourself, while at the same time strengthening and stretching the body.

In my Yoga & Stretching classes at Serenity Nest you can expect a moderate-paced, classical hatha yoga practice with plenty of opening and stretching. I believe yoga is for everyone, regardless of age or level of fitness.

You are warmly welcome to join my classes, as well as individual coaching sessions if you are facing challenges in your work or personal life.

Hello,
I am Vanda. HR manager, coach, yoga instructor.
In the spring of 2024, I had the good fortune to travel to Bali. Already there, I was thinking about how to bring some of that light and easy feeling back here too, in a way that it would not remain just a memory (and a few Insta photos, of course 🙊). This is how yoga became not just a form of movement for me as it had been before, but a kind of anchor in everyday life. I do not see it as a spiritual journey, rather as a practice that helps me to pause, to see more clearly, to accept myself and others, while also feeling good for my body.
I would like to share this experience with you, if you would just like to feel a little better in your own skin and dedicate more attention to your body and yourself.

I often hear from acquaintances that “yoga is not for me because I am not flexible.” Yoga is for everyone, regardless of age, gender, body type, or fitness level. Through yoga, your body will increasingly support you in movement.

At Serenity Nest, we can practise together during the Yoga & Stretching class, where you can expect a moderately paced, classic hatha yoga session, with special attention given to openings and stretches.

In my “civilian” life, I work as an HR manager, with business and team coach qualifications, so you can also confidently turn to me if you are facing a blockage in your career or another area of your life. We can arrange individual coaching sessions through one of the contact details below.

Looking forward to seeing you!

Sport has always been part of my life, but it was through yoga that I discovered true balance of body and mind. It taught me to pay conscious attention to my breath and to turn inward, which gives me strength in everyday life.

In my classes I offer a variety of dynamic, strengthening, and relaxing practices, so that everyone can find the experience that replenishes them the most.

My name is Csilla Bábás, and I am a yoga instructor.

Sports have been a part of my life since childhood. As a student in a PE-specialised class, I experienced the positive effects of physical activity from a very young age. After years of handball, kettlebell training, and other strength-based workouts, I discovered yoga. Initially, like many others, I approached it as just a way to stretch.

However, as I delved deeper into the world of yoga and explored different class types, I realised that this was my path. I began to experience how yoga could positively impact all aspects of my life—even in situations like conquering a via ferrata route or standing on the range as a European Champion sport shooter, focusing inward and using correct breathing to hit every target flawlessly.

As a yoga instructor, my main goal is to introduce as many people as possible to the benefits of yoga and to help even those who feel stiff discover poses that provide them with success, challenges, introspection, and moments of stillness.

I strive to tailor my classes to the group, whether it’s a dynamic, strengthening, or relaxing session.

Join my class if you:

  • Are a complete beginner
  • Want to refine your asanas
  • Would like to try different types of yoga classes
  • Need to release daily stress
  • Want to find your inner calm
  • Have a desk job and want to move your body
  • Practice other sports and see yoga as a complement
  • Want to learn more about your body and breathing

Mirko’s Garden

As a Hatha yoga teacher, it is important to me to share the joy of movement, presence, and connection. At Mirko’s Garden classes, both beginners and advanced practitioners can experience how liberating it is to quiet the mind and open the heart.

The classes are free, but donations are welcome. At the end of each session, we offer the contributions together for a good cause chosen by the participants.

I warmly invite you every Tuesday at 7:30 pm at Serenity Nest, so that we may set out together towards ourselves and one another.

Mirko’s Garden 🍂🍁 Free Yoga Classes at Serenity Nest (beginners welcome) – your presence matters 🤍

Time: Tuesday 7:30 pm

Dear friends,

I am Mirko, a Hatha yoga teacher.

I created Mirko’s Garden to help guide you, through yoga, tea, conversations, and caring for one another, into your own inner garden, where you can connect with yourself and with others. 🍂

If you have never practised yoga before, you are warmly welcome too. What matters here is not how skilful you are, but discovering how much lighter the path becomes when you can see the love and gratitude surrounding you.

🕯️🪷 Each class has a slightly different focus: sometimes a sound-bowl relaxation, other times candlelight, or a special meditation awaits the practitioners.

💌 The Kindness Bundle 💌

And now comes our shared magic:

✨ The classes are completely free, but donations are welcome. At the end of each session, the gathered amount is offered together for a good cause, chosen randomly from the suggestions placed in the hat.

Rules: choose a charitable organisation (animal shelter, children’s foundation, environmental group, etc.) – write its name and drop it into the hat. At the end of the practice we draw one, and that organisation receives the donations.

This is our shared gift – from us, for a good cause. 🤍

Please bring:

– the name of a good cause you would support from the heart
– and, if you can: a small donation – whatever feels right
– most importantly: yourself, just as you are

This practice is not about perfect poses, but about connection.

Come, let us set out together – towards ourselves and one another.

With love,
Mirko

I feel fortunate to have learnt from an Indian teacher, and to this day I continue to study authentic yoga under their guidance.

For me, it is essential to preserve authenticity and tradition while creating classes that are enjoyable and adapted to modern life. The dynamic, vinyasa-based practice strengthens not only the body but also the mind: it increases flexibility, improves concentration and builds endurance.

During the classes, you can become stronger, braver and more balanced, while embarking on an inner journey that brings new perspective and inner strength.

Introduction:

I am fortunate to have studied, and continue to study, authentic yoga with an Indian teacher. I believe it is very important to share yoga that stays true to its original source, while at the same time offering classes that are uplifting and suited to today’s lifestyle, with tradition and authenticity preserved.

Class description:

Dynamic yoga is a vinyasa-based practice that is not the easiest method, yet it allows for fast progress. It makes you both stronger and more flexible, physically as well as mentally. It greatly enhances concentration, increases perseverance and courage, and provides a higher level of perspective.

I am an Integrative Craniosacral Therapist and yoga teacher. At Serenity Nest you can join me for yin yoga, where you can also experience the Yin Yoga with Touch – Power of Touch method.

Yin yoga is a slow, meditative practice that helps release physical and emotional tension, supports the free flow of energy, and brings deep calm. Cushions and blankets provide comfort while the attention turns inward, and conscious breathing relaxes and replenishes.

The Power of Touch method is the meeting of yin yoga and Craniosacral Therapy. Through gentle, therapeutic touch it helps harmonise body and soul, allowing you to experience inner strength and a sense of safety. It is a unique experience that supports, heals, and brings complete renewal.

Dear Reader,

I am Kamarás Edina, an Integrated Craniosacral Therapist and yoga instructor. At Serenity Nest, you can meet me in Yin Yoga classes, where you’ll experience the Yin Yoga with Cranio Touch – Power of Touch method.

Yin Yoga & Yin Yoga with Cranio Touch – Power of Touch

Yin Yoga is a calm and meditative form of yoga, allowing practitioners to experience a deep state of physical and mental relaxation. Rooted in Chinese medicine, Yin Yoga is based on the Five Elements, the body’s meridian pathways, and the functioning of internal organs, offering a quiet, slow, and grounding approach. The asanas are low to the ground and typically held for 3–5 minutes.

Yin Yoga is ideal for those seeking increased flexibility, beginners, or anyone needing rest and new energy.

These sessions focus on releasing tension and blockages in the body and mind. The body releases stress to allow Qi (energy) to flow freely and harmoniously through the meridians. On a physical level, Yin Yoga influences the body’s connective tissues, fascia system, ligaments, tendons, and bones. It provides an opportunity to stretch, strengthen, and release blockages in deep muscles, connective tissues, and joints.

During practice, we use soothing, deep breathing to nourish muscles with oxygen, reducing the production of stress hormones in the body. This contributes to achieving a state of complete calm over time. When the body’s blockages open (often accompanied by deep sighs), energy increases noticeably, leading to a new dimension of rest. The asanas help the body let go, dispersing tension and restlessness familiar to many in today’s fast-paced world. Soft pillows and blankets ensure full comfort, enabling participants to focus on their inner experience and release all tension.

Yin Yoga with Cranio Touch – Power of Touch

The Power of Touch method is a unique blend of Craniosacral Therapy and Yin Yoga. This therapeutic yoga practice originates from Norway, where I lived and studied for several years.

This experience combines the power of Yin Yoga with the gentle secrets of healing touch. During this special Yin session, we dive deep into ourselves, stepping away from the stress and demands of daily life. The body is given the chance to fully relax, attuning itself for healing and regeneration.

The soul can rest while an experienced Craniosacral Therapist helps the body reconnect with its inner essence and rediscover the grounding and supportive strength of the Earth. In this nurturing space, you’ll immerse yourself in the asanas as the outside world fades away. With closed eyes, your inner world unfolds.

Yin Yoga with Cranio Touch – Power of Touch is like a unique dessert. Gentle therapeutic touches make it special, enabling the body and soul to reunite in harmony.

I look forward to welcoming you,

For me, massage is not just a physical treatment: it relaxes the muscles, releases tension, and supports circulation, but its true power lies in attention and loving presence.

I have been working as a medical massage therapist for over five years, and I tailor each session individually. I believe that true healing comes from the unity of body and soul.

Whether it is Swedish, deep tissue, Thai yoga massage, or an aromatic oil relaxation treatment, the goal is the same: to let go of the rush of everyday life and reconnect with yourself feeling renewed.

Massage is more than just a physical treatment. On a physical level, it naturally supports the body:
it relaxes the muscles, reduces pain, improves circulation, and gives a boost to the immune system. But its true effect goes much deeper.
Time and again I experience that real healing in massage comes from presence, attention, and the energy passed on – in other words, from love. That is why it feels so good. That is why you need to keep coming back.

I am a qualified massage therapist and have been working in the profession for more than five years. During this time, I have learnt a great deal not only about the workings of the body, but also about how important it is to consider the whole human being – body and soul together.

This is why I have developed a holistic approach in my work: for me, it is not only muscle groups that are in focus, but the entire person. I believe that every type of massage has its place under the sun, and that every technique serves a purpose – it is simply about finding the one that speaks to you. Some people need a deeper, more therapeutic treatment, others more the permission to rest, to relax, and to reconnect with themselves.

That is why I do not follow a ready-made template, but always listen to you. I start from your body’s signals, our conversation, and the present moment – and shape the treatment accordingly.

You are warmly welcome if you would like to:

  • be free from physical pain

  • unwind and find rest from the rush of everyday life
  • reconnect with your body and yourself
  • or simply enjoy a safe, supportive space where you do not have to “perform” at all

What types of massage do I offer?

  • Swedish Massage – A classic, well-known form of massage that relaxes the muscles, relieves tension and improves circulation. A perfect choice for general refreshment.
  • Deep Tissue Massage – A stronger, targeted technique that works on the deeper layers of muscle. Especially effective for chronic muscle tension and adhesions.
  • Traditional Thai Yoga Massage – Performed on a mat, fully clothed, using stretches and rhythmic pressure. An energising and body-awareness-enhancing experience.
  • Aromatherapy Relaxation Massage – Gentle, slow movements that soothe and calm. A flowing treatment supported by essential oils for physical and emotional replenishment.

I have always believed that the health of body and soul belong together. This is what led me to massage, where I support my clients not only physically but also mentally in their renewal.

It is important to me that those who come to me can truly experience quality time for themselves: stepping out of the rush, relaxing, and reconnecting with their inner selves. Sport and an active lifestyle are also part of my own life, so I know how essential regeneration and renewal are.

You are warmly welcome if you would like to unwind and recharge with fresh energy.

I work full-time as a helping professional, and I have always believed that physical and mental well-being go hand in hand. This belief led me to expand my knowledge and immerse myself in the world of massage – today, I am certain it was the best decision I could have made.

It is important to me that my clients experience both physical and mental rejuvenation during our sessions, as we work together to restore balance within themselves. I truly believe that everyone deserves ME TIME – those precious moments to step away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Sport and an active lifestyle are also essential parts of my life; in my free time, I regularly attend CrossFit sessions. I understand how vital post-exercise recovery is, which is why I strive to make the time spent with me a true opportunity to relax and recharge.

I love working with people, and I find inspiration in supporting them on their journey to physical and mental renewal. I warmly welcome you if you’d like to take a break from the whirlwind of daily life and focus a little on yourself!

Alongside my musical career and teaching work, I have always sought paths that help create harmony. After the birth of my two children, I turned to coaching, and today I accompany those who long for self-discovery, inner balance, and change as a certified Life and Business Coach.

In my workshops and individual sessions we work on themes such as self-love, stress management, inner child healing, self-confidence, and self-esteem. My goal is to support you with my questions and tools so that you can discover your own answers and take the next step towards your goals.

You are warmly welcome if you feel ready to embark on a journey towards yourself, whether in a group workshop or an individual coaching session.

My name is Krisztina Weidemann-Tóth. I originally graduated as an economist and language teacher, but I soon realised how important harmony is in all aspects of my life. Following my heart, I also earned a degree in music. In addition to teaching flute and singing, I founded and ran an alternative music school. I also perform solo or with my chamber ensemble for unborn babies, infants, children, and adults. I organise and contribute to oratorio concerts with choirs, occasionally serve as an artistic director for large-scale stage productions, and sing in choirs myself.

After the birth of my two sons, I sought further paths to support self-development and self-awareness, and to maintain harmony within myself, my family, and my environment. This led me to become a certified Life and Business Coach. I continue to pursue professional development on an ongoing basis.

In my self-awareness workshops and individual coaching sessions, I am happy to accompany you on your journey towards harmony and self-discovery, helping you gain perspective on your blockages.

As a mother and a children’s yoga teacher, it is important to me to share the joy of movement and play with kids. In my storytelling yoga classes for 5–10 year-olds, we practise asanas and breathing through playful tales. Yoga helps children release tension, boosts their confidence, develops concentration, and supports healthy growth.

I also offer Access Bars sessions, where gentle touch on 32 points of the head helps to release stress and limiting thoughts.

You are warmly welcome to join my children’s yoga classes at Serenity Nest, or to book an individual Access Bars session.

Dear Reader,

I am Hollósi Ildi, a practising mother, children’s yoga instructor, and Access Bars practitioner. I love being around children and practising yoga, which inspired me to become a children’s yoga instructor. My aim is to share the knowledge and love of this movement with future generations.

I hold children’s story yoga classes for 5–10-year-olds, where we practise yoga poses in a playful way with laughter, stories, and breathing exercises.

During the 60-minute sessions, we perform asanas through storytelling, take on the roles of animals, and bring nature to life. Alongside these, we explore emotions, play, strengthen, stretch, and relax.

Yoga mats are provided, and the first trial session is free!

During the Thursday 16:30 children’s story yoga classes, there is also a women’s strengthening yoga class for adults at Serenity Nest! This way, both parents and children can enjoy yoga at the same time, albeit separately.

Why yoga for children?

Just like adults, children face daily stressors. Moving to a new home, starting at a new school, or the arrival of a sibling can all be stressful challenges. Children, too, need a way to release stress and tension – and yoga offers a great method for this.

Through breathing techniques and exciting yoga poses, children experience physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. Yoga teaches calmness, body awareness, self-control, and discipline.

While practising yoga, children build confidence, improve focus, and strengthen their growing bodies. For those with behavioural challenges, yoga can encourage positive changes and foster mindfulness.

Physical benefits:

  • Enhances muscle tone and joint strength
  • Increases flexibility and mobility
  • Supports the immune system through stress reduction and lymphatic stimulation
  • Improves balance and coordination
  • Promotes a positive body image
  • Regulates energy levels and calms the nervous system
  • Stimulates the spinal cord with twists

Cognitive and emotional benefits:

  • Develops sensory awareness
  • Encourages awareness of the body and mind
  • Improves circulation and heart health
  • Boosts lung function through deep breathing
  • Enhances memory and concentration
  • Improves digestion
  • Low risk of injury
  • Strengthens social skills through group work
  • Improves sleep quality through relaxation exercises

Access Bars

Access Bars is a gentle method involving 32 energy points on the head. By lightly touching these points, thoughts and beliefs associated with specific areas of life are released, promoting physical and mental harmony.

The treatment increases awareness, clears limiting beliefs and patterns, and can even assist in letting go of dependencies. From work, food, and the internet to relationships, reassessing these dependencies can improve life quality and reduce stress. Scientific studies have shown that brainwave activity slows during Access Bars treatments.

Access Bars sessions help release destructive behavioural patterns and negative thoughts.

What is Access Bars?

Access Bars is an alternative therapy developed by Gary Douglas and Dr. Dain Heer as part of the Access Consciousness system. The method involves stimulating 32 points on the head, each representing different areas of life, such as money, relationships, creativity, health, and more.

The goal is to clear the blocks and limiting thoughts that prevent people from living more easily and consciously. The practitioner gently touches these points while the client lies calmly. Many find the treatment stress-relieving and report improved focus and a sense of calm afterward.

Benefits of Access Bars:

  • Stress reduction: Helps reduce tension and anxiety.
  • Mental clarity: Frees the mind from unnecessary noise and blocks.
  • Better sleep: Many find it easier to fall asleep and experience more restful sleep.
  • Emotional balance: Improves the ability to manage emotional challenges.
  • Physical pain relief: Though not a substitute for medical treatment, some report reduced pain.

As a mother of two grown-up children, a wife, and an entrepreneur, yoga is my source of physical and mental renewal. I first encountered it twenty years ago, and for the past three years it has been a part of my everyday life. The practice has brought patience, lightness, and an inner journey into my life, and I believe that yoga lives within everyone – it only needs to be awakened.

In my classes you can expect tuning in, warm-up, flowing movements, stretching, and deep relaxation, all helping you to find calm and feel refreshed.

Alongside yoga, I also offer relaxing face, neck, and décolleté massage, which soothes not only the body but also the soul.

I am Viki Ujvári, mother of two adult children, wife, and entrepreneur.

We can connect through Hatha yoga practice and relaxing face-neck-décolleté massage.

I discovered yoga 20 years ago, and for the past three years, it has become a continuous part of my life. It has brought patience, body awareness, joy, and ease into my life, along with a journey of self-discovery in many areas.

You can start yoga at any time, regardless of gender, age, occupation, or religion.

YOGA LIVES WITHIN EVERYONE; it just needs to be awakened.

With each practice, you fine-tune yourself, your thoughts become quieter, and you perceive the world around you differently.

The effects of asanas (postures, poses) make your body more flexible, your muscles relax, your blood circulation improves, and you feel “lighter,” as tension leaves your body.

The first 15-20 minutes are dedicated to tuning in and thoroughly warming up. Then, we transition into flowing, dynamic movements. This is followed by an essential stretching session, and we conclude with a well-deserved relaxation, similar to the state after a restful sleep.

I encourage you to COME AND PRACTISE WITH ME.

An hour dedicated entirely to you.

If you’re attending my yoga class for the first time, please arrive 10-15 minutes earlier so we can have a short personal chat.

I learned refreshing-relaxing facial massage two years ago, and I warmly offer it to my guests in my home massage nook. Last year, I completed the basic beauty therapist training at the Adrienne Feller Beauty Therapist Academy, and I am currently training as a cosmetologist.

Massage, and through it, the power of touch, is immense and profound. It has physical, emotional, and psychological effects. A hug, a handshake, or a gentle touch can reduce stress, boost oxytocin (the bonding hormone), and provide a sense of security.

Our skin is full of nerve endings that send soothing signals to the brain when touched. Touch helps build bonds, whether in romantic relationships, parent-child connections, or friendships.

Research suggests that gentle touch and massage can reduce pain and accelerate healing.

During the massage, I work on the face, neck, décolleté, shoulders, arms, and head, offering a complete recharge for your soul.

I invite you to come and experience this beautifying and replenishing self-care time, enhanced with relaxing music, candlelight, and the soothing scents of creams.

45 minutes dedicated entirely to you.

At the beginning of my career, I worked in finance, but due to long hours of sitting I soon struggled with back problems. This was what first led me to yoga, which completely transformed my life. During a trip to Tenerife I experienced a slower, more nature-connected way of living, and realised that yoga is not just a hobby for me but a true vocation.

Today I teach hatha yoga classes while also training in reformer pilates and aerial practice. It is important to me that yoga not only replenishes participants physically but also nourishes them mentally, helping to prevent back and musculoskeletal problems.

In my classes I often bring music and yoga together: the meditative vibrations of live instruments create an even deeper state of relaxation and flow.

My name is Rebeka Ban, I am a hatha yoga instructor. At the beginning of my career, I was on a different path, working in the field of finance and accounting, which involved a lot of sitting work. My body quickly signalled that I was not on the right path for me, as by the age of 23 I was diagnosed with a mild spinal problem. What really hit me hard was when the doctor predicted a herniated disc if I did not start doing something about it. I decided that I did not want to wait for that to happen, so I made a complete change and suddenly found myself on the path of yoga.

A great journey of self-discovery began, although I did not yet know that my life would be turned upside down. I set off for Tenerife for a short holiday, but of course nothing went according to plan, as the one week holiday turned into half a year of completely nomadic living. I got to know a small community and was very taken by how everything was slower, more peaceful, more sincere and radically different from anything I could ever have imagined. Things were reassessed within me, I learnt to see the world with different eyes and to notice the small miracles of life, because these miracles are everywhere. I learnt to live with nature, living in a cave that we dug ourselves or under the open sky when we set off on long hikes through the forests of Anaga, Masca or the Teide plateau. On this path of self-discovery, I realised that yoga means much more to me than a hobby and that I would like to pursue it, which is how I became a hatha yoga instructor.

I am currently continuing my training, studying to become a reformer pilates and aerial yoga instructor. It is important to me that after my classes, both office workers and those working in other fields leave feeling recharged and with less back pain, or that through our joint work we can even prevent problems from developing.

Music has played an important role in my life since I was a child. It recharges me, relaxes me and has a meditative effect on me. I thought it was important to combine these two areas in my classes. That is how I started teaching yoga with live music. In my opinion, the relaxing sound of the instrument helps even more to experience the feeling of calm flow.

My classes:

  • hatha yoga 60 minutes (the basis of all yoga styles)
  • aromatherapy hatha yoga 60 minutes (positive effects of the aroma diffuser: mood enhancement, reduction of stress and anxiety, creation of a calm atmosphere, treatment of sleep disorders, improvement of concentration and self-confidence, treatment of respiratory problems)
  • live music hatha yoga 90 minutes (cello, bass guitar, piano, handpan)

Prices:

  • hatha yoga – 60 minutes – 3000 HUF
  • aromatherapy hatha yoga – 60 minutes – 4000 HUF
  • live music hatha yoga – 90 minutes – 6000 HUF

I have been practising yoga for over ten years. In the past I tried many different forms of movement, but there was always something missing – something I finally found in yoga. For me, yoga not only strengthens and shapes the body but also transforms everyday life, bringing more awareness, courage, and inner freedom.

I teach Spine Yoga on Mondays from 17:30 to 18:45. The class is recommended for those who are no longer complete beginners, or who already do sports and would like a more dynamic, strengthening practice. Alongside exploring your limits, there is always space for tuning in, relaxation, and conscious breathing, so that you leave replenished both physically and mentally.

I am Angéla Simon, and I started practising yoga a little over 10 years ago. Before that, I tried almost every possible form of exercise, but there was always something missing—something I finally found in yoga. Yoga is “dangerous” because it not only transforms your body but also your daily life: more awareness, courage, and the realisation that our limits exist only in our minds.

“Practice, and all is coming.” (Sri K. Pattabhi Jois)

My class: Spine Yoga, 75 minutes, Monday 17:30-18:45, price: 3,500 HUF/session

This class is for those who are not complete beginners in yoga or engage in other sports. It is ideal for those seeking a dynamic, strengthening practice and enjoy pushing their boundaries and stepping out of their comfort zone. Despite its dynamic nature, the class includes time for grounding, relaxation at the end, and sometimes even breathing exercises. Every session is tailored to the participants’ needs and their physical and emotional states.
