I discovered yoga 20 years ago, and for the past three years, it has become a continuous part of my life. It has brought patience, body awareness, joy, and ease into my life, along with a journey of self-discovery in many areas.
You can start yoga at any time, regardless of gender, age, occupation, or religion.

With each practice, you fine-tune yourself, your thoughts become quieter, and you perceive the world around you differently.
The effects of asanas (postures, poses) make your body more flexible, your muscles relax, your blood circulation improves, and you feel “lighter,” as tension leaves your body.
The first 15-20 minutes are dedicated to tuning in and thoroughly warming up. Then, we transition into flowing, dynamic movements. This is followed by an essential stretching session, and we conclude with a well-deserved relaxation, similar to the state after a restful sleep.

I learned refreshing-relaxing facial massage two years ago, and I warmly offer it to my guests in my home massage nook. Last year, I completed the basic beauty therapist training at the Adrienne Feller Beauty Therapist Academy, and I am currently training as a cosmetologist.
Massage, and through it, the power of touch, is immense and profound. It has physical, emotional, and psychological effects. A hug, a handshake, or a gentle touch can reduce stress, boost oxytocin (the bonding hormone), and provide a sense of security.
